Statement

Accessibility statement.

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our conformance target is Israeli Standard 5568 (IS 5568) and WCAG 2.1 at level AA.

What the site already does

  • Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus
  • Skip links to the main content on every page
  • ARIA landmarks and labelled navigation regions
  • Reduced-motion support that honors your system setting
  • Color contrast chosen to meet the AA thresholds

Known limitations

Some third-party content we link to, and some PDF documents, may not be fully accessible. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will help you get the information another way.

The ToText app

This statement also covers the ToText iOS app. The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and system reduced-motion settings. A known limitation: some VoiceOver control labels are currently read in English rather than the interface language; a fix is in progress and will ship in an upcoming update. If VoiceOver or any other assistive technology blocks you in the app, write to us and we will help.

Reporting an accessibility problem

Accessibility reports go straight to the owners. If any part of this site is hard to use, write to company@lovelaceloom.com and describe the page and the problem. We treat accessibility reports as a priority and will respond.

חלק מהתוכן של צדדים שלישיים שאנחנו מקשרים אליו, וחלק ממסמכי ה-PDF, עשויים שלא להיות נגישים במלואם. אם אחד מהם חוסם אותך, פנה אלינו ונעזור לך להגיע למידע בדרך אחרת.

אפליקציית ToText

ההצהרה הזו מכסה גם את אפליקציית ToText ל-iOS. האפליקציה תומכת בגודל טקסט דינמי, ב-VoiceOver ובהגדרת הפחתת התנועה של המערכת. מגבלה ידועה: חלק מתוויות הפקדים ב-VoiceOver מוקראות כרגע באנגלית ולא בשפת הממשק; תיקון נמצא בעבודה ויישלח בעדכון קרוב. אם VoiceOver או טכנולוגיה מסייעת אחרת חוסמות אותך באפליקציה, כתבו לנו ונעזור.

דיווח על בעיית נגישות

פניות נגישות מגיעות ישירות לבעלי העסק. אם חלק כלשהו באתר קשה לשימוש, כתבו אל company@lovelaceloom.com ותארו את העמוד ואת הבעיה. אנחנו מתייחסים לפניות נגישות בעדיפות גבוהה ונשיב לכל פנייה.
