ToText plan and usage information
This page explains transcription allowances and usage. It does not offer purchases or changes to your subscription.
Monthly transcription minutes
- Free: 60 transcription minutes per month.
- Basic: 1,000 transcription minutes per month.
- Pro: 2,000 transcription minutes per month.
Monthly minute allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month. This usage reset is separate from Apple's subscription billing or renewal date.
Your saved library remains available
Using your transcription minutes does not prevent reading, searching or editing the text already in your shared ToText library.
In a supported ChatGPT or Codex host, ToText can report your connection's current plan and available minutes. This status information does not enable audio uploads.
New audio uploads and transcription from ChatGPT are disabled in this release. Record in the ToText iPhone app; eligible completed recording text is shared while the app is open and online.
Plan management
Plans and subscriptions are managed in the ToText iPhone app and through Apple. This page and the ToText connection in ChatGPT or Codex do not sell plans, process payments or change subscriptions.
If your plan or usage looks wrong, contact company@lovelaceloom.com. Include your ToText version and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, access tokens, recordings or transcripts.
